Senior Product Designer, AI-Native Product (AI)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $190,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own product design problems end to end, from framing ambiguous needs through shipped experiences.
• Design AI-native experiences where intelligence is central to how users understand and act on complex information.
• Turn dense financial and legal data into clear, effortless interfaces for estate-planning advisors.
• Shape activation and early product experiences so users quickly feel capable and confident.
• Prototype high-fidelity concepts with modern AI-assisted design tools and collaborate closely with AI and engineering teams.
• Raise the design quality bar through direct, constructive feedback and influence as a senior individual contributor.

Requirements

• Experience designing AI-native products where intelligence is central to the user experience.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and create 0-to-1 experiences from ambiguity.
• Strong systems thinking, product judgment, and attention to craft and detail.
• Fluency with modern AI-assisted design tools, high-fidelity prototyping, and engineering handoff.
• Experience with complex, data-heavy products where the interface performs substantial cognitive work for users.
• Fluency with design systems and experience working in a regulated, high-trust domain such as finance, wealth management, or healthcare.
