Tenant Acquisition Manager (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Develop and implement tenant acquisition strategies to attract high-quality tenants and improve occupancy rates.
• Research the commercial real estate market, identify potential tenants, and assess market conditions.
• Build relationships with prospective tenants, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the leasing process from initial contact through lease execution, including property presentations and tours.
• Negotiate lease agreements and terms in line with company policies and objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, analyze leasing performance and market trends, and maintain accurate tenant and property records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing or tenant acquisition.
• Strong negotiation, sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and tenant needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
