Sales and Support Specialist (Arabic region)

What you’ll do:

🟢 Sales (70%)
• Build relationships with active and prospective clients.
• Promote and sell our services through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Work closely with the Sales & Support team to drive business growth.

🔵 Support (30%)
• Provide professional assistance to clients and partners.
• Handle financial and technical inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Prepare clear service instructions and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication history in the CRM system.

We’re looking for someone who has:
• ✅ Native or fluent Arabic and English (B2+).
• ✅ 2+ years of sales experience.
• ✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• ✅ A customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude.
• ✅ Motivation for long-term collaboration and professional growth.
