Partner Acquisition & Activation Officer

What you will do

• Promote hirify.global’s platform and services to potential international student recruitment partners.
• Generate partner sign-ups and identify business opportunities through cold calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Assess partner needs, qualify prospects, and build long-term relationships with recruitment agents and agencies.
• Research local international student agents and agencies to support targeted outreach.
• Conduct partner onboarding sessions, provide platform training, and offer ongoing support.
• Maintain lead and pipeline information in Salesforce and report activities to the Sales Manager or Director.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Ability to communicate the platform’s value proposition clearly and deliver effective partner training.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Competitive mindset, attention to detail, and integrity in partner relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience working with educational consultants or postsecondary institutions.
