What you will do

• Execute the long-term vision for front-end wafer test coverage, emphasizing high I/O parallelism and low-latency solutions.
• Develop initiatives to improve product yield, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Design and implement design-for-test and design-for-debug methodologies in collaboration with memory technology experts.
• Create flexible and reliable hardware and software test infrastructure using a Design for Manufacturability mindset.
• Investigate NPI qualification and yield issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Transform test data into insights for design and manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Academic background in memory, storage, or system-level product, test, or validation engineering.
• Experience with simulation, emulation, semiconductor fabrication processes, functional testing, and stress testing.
• Failure analysis experience using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and signal injection tools.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python for test automation and data analysis.
• Knowledge of NAND, DRAM, LPDDR, GDDR, HBM, PCIe, test software architecture, and yield and quality analytics.

Nice to have

• Specialization in DRAM/NAND memory and SSD storage technologies for data center and AI platforms.
