What you will do

• Lead ATE test solution development for characterization, production testing, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms.
• Design and develop high-speed ATE test hardware.
• Create test plans and methodology documentation aligned with product specifications.
• Collaborate with Product, Hardware, Design, Firmware, DFx, and Design teams on testability, yield, and test methodology reviews.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments into ATE formats.
• Optimize test flows, reduce test time, improve yields, and release production test programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 10–15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and/or PhD with 5–10 years of experience.
• At least 6 years of test program development experience on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX ATE platforms.
• Experience with ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, Perl, Python, Java, and Linux.
• Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
