What you will do
- Support the development, characterization, and production testing of memory products.
- Work with design, product, and manufacturing teams to improve quality, yield, and reliability.
- Use automated test equipment, including Teradyne or equivalent ATE platforms.
- Operate bench equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for test and debug activities.
- Collaborate with global teams and accommodate laboratory usage schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2.5–5 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, preferably with memory products.
- Understanding of memory architecture and operation.
- Knowledge of DFT concepts, including BIST, redundancy, and repair analysis.
- Programming skills in C/C++ and Python, including C++ class architecture knowledge.
