Senior Field Service Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Remote in California, United States; travel up to 80% of the time, predominantly in California.

Salary: $84,721.18–$105,901.48 annually.

What you will do

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and technical support for western regional customers.
• Support advanced warehouse robotics at customer worksites and deliver end-to-end service solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Drive strong customer support outcomes, including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and first-time-fix performance.
• Complete service administration and documentation in the CRM.
• Help formalize and build a scalable field service foundation.

Requirements

• Experience delivering high-quality, reliable, and responsive field service.
• Experience supporting specialized and complex platform technology.
• Customer management and communication skills in a customer support environment.
• Demonstrated success tracking issue resolution time, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
