Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid work with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Translate organizational vision and strategic priorities into product roadmaps, features, and enhancements.
• Lead product backlog execution, initiative prioritization, and portfolio roadmap development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and influence strategic planning and change management.
• Lead and support direct and indirect team members responsible for implementing the roadmap.
• Monitor competitors and industry developments while analyzing quantitative and qualitative business information.
• Establish decision criteria, evaluate alternatives, and make timely product decisions.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with product management, software product lifecycles, roadmapping, and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating in a matrix organization with business stakeholders, UX teams, project managers, and developers.
• Proven ability to execute strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
• High school diploma and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Agile certification required.
