VP / Head of Product (Healthcare)

hirify.global is building a healthcare store that lets customers compare care products and services, understand pricing and eligibility, and purchase care through consumer, clinical, payer, and financial infrastructure.

What you will do

• Build the product organization, including hiring, processes, review cadences, specifications, success metrics, and experimentation practices.
• Own the roadmap across consumer experience, clinical and provider tooling, pricing, payer integrations, and underlying infrastructure.
• Allocate engineering capacity, make trade-offs across workstreams, and balance near-term delivery with architecture and infrastructure needs.
• Develop business cases and secure alignment with the CEO, Medical Director, CFO, VP Engineering, partners, payers, and investors.
• Write specifications, review designs, resolve execution blockers, and partner with engineering on planning, sequencing, and capacity estimation.

Requirements

• Founder or early product leadership experience taking products from 0 to 1 and acquiring initial users.
• Experience building product processes and team structures from scratch in a startup or similarly ambiguous environment.
• Ability to manage multiple roadmap workstreams and make trade-offs about limited engineering capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to create data-backed business cases and secure leadership buy-in.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for aligning engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Marketplace or two-sided business model experience.
• Quantitative or technical background for working deeply with engineering.
