Finance Director (Nuclear Energy)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States. Travel required 0–10%. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $196,537–$294,806 per year, with eligibility for discretionary short-term incentive payments.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across business units.
• Establish capital investment evaluation frameworks and standardized capital approval processes aligned with annual budgeting.
• Oversee financial modeling, tracking, reporting, ROI analysis, and cash-versus-cost modeling for corporate capital construction projects.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, risks, variances, and estimates at completion.
• Prepare monthly financial dashboards and board-level reporting packages with KPIs and strategic insights.
• Partner with accounting, operations, project management, technical teams, and senior leadership to improve processes, controls, data integrity, and financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 16 years of experience in FP&A or a relevant finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience establishing standards for budgeting, performance metrics, and reporting across business units.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial narratives and present actionable recommendations to senior management and executives.
• Experience analyzing business opportunities and risks, including pricing scenarios and innovative business models.
