What you will do

• Maintain and repair equipment, piping systems, valves, traps, pumps, boilers, and other plant machinery.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagrams, manuals, engineering specifications, and mechanical tools.
• Remove and replace defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
• Maintain safe and clean working conditions and report or correct unsafe environments.
• Work overtime as required and coordinate maintenance activities with production workers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of equipment operations, maintenance, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of boiler and chilled water plant operations.
• Oklahoma State High Pressure Boiler License or ability to obtain a Class II Operator License after starting employment.
• Ability to weld, communicate orally and in writing, work with minimal supervision, and use hand tools, power tools, and computers.
• Valid driver's license, pre-employment physical examination, drug screening, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
