What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, janitorial, and vehicle-related systems.
• Perform routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance on floor equipment, scrubbers, vacuums, extractors, and related machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs using hand and power tools.
• Apply lockout/tagout procedures and work safely in industrial environments.
• Maintain clean work areas, maintenance logs, and service schedules.
• Respond to maintenance requests and communicate technical issues professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

Requirements

• At least six months of company-environment experience or equivalent training in areas such as plumbing, painting, HVAC, or construction.
• At least two years of electrical experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience preferred.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and use ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts.
• Completion of required safety, environmental, task training, and certifications.
• A valid driver's license and forklift or electric pallet jack certification may be required.
