What you will do

• Design and run B2B campaigns that identify buying signals, activate engineering teams, and expand strategic accounts.
• Build customer intelligence, agentic workflows, and data-driven engagement orchestration.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Application Engineering, and Product.
• Develop marketing systems, workflows, and campaigns for technical enterprise audiences.
• Measure campaign performance, test new approaches, and continuously improve results through learning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in a technical, enterprise, or account-based environment.
• Experience personally building and running campaigns.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agents such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Operational experience with Salesforce CRM or comparable platforms, including segmentation, workflows, reporting, campaign operations, and data.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and precisely in writing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, drive change, experiment, and operate with high ownership in a fast-moving environment.
