What you will do

• Supervise, motivate, train, schedule, and manage the performance of delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flow, including sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch.
• Monitor delivery, package handling, and safety metrics and implement workflow improvements.
• Enforce safety regulations, quality standards, operational procedures, and workplace organization.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, conduct inventory checks, and maintain accurate package and equipment records.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, management, and external partners; prepare performance reports and improvement proposals.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong knowledge of sorting, scanning, dispatching, team management, and staff development.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and relevant software.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
