What you will do

• Lead functions and categories within Supply Chain Operations, supporting team development through guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
• Own category planning and operational performance in line with business OKRs, KPIs, and strategic goals.
• Identify supply chain disruption risks, communicate them to stakeholders, and lead mitigation plans to prevent site downtime.
• Lead KPI reviews and apply root cause analysis to improve operational performance.
• Analyse supply chain data and trends to implement process improvements across the end-to-end network.
• Collaborate with Food, Buying, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Transformation, Tech, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of supply chain management practices, processes, and systems.
• Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong quantitative reasoning, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate long-term strategic goals into actionable operational plans in a fast-paced environment.
