Implementation Lead

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Manage software implementations from sales handoff and kickoff through design, user acceptance testing, and go-live.
• Develop deep product knowledge and guide customers through the implementation lifecycle.
• Gather and interpret customer requirements and configure the AuditBoard solution to meet business needs.
• Manage small, medium, and large implementation projects as the project manager.
• Maintain project status and coordinate client and internal resources to complete deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internal, external, or IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management, including implementation, configuration, or rollout of audit, risk, or compliance systems; or 3+ years delivering software implementations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build client relationships and influence stakeholders diplomatically.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and an independent workload with limited oversight.
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
