Senior Project Delivery Specialist (eSIM)

Location: Remote; open to candidates across supported locations in Europe, including the UK, Ireland, Western/Northern Europe, Southern Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, and South-Eastern Europe/Balkans.

Salary: UK £71,600–£102,900; Ireland €85,200–€122,475; Western/Northern Europe €62,800–€131,675; Southern Europe €49,600–€107,275; Central & Eastern Europe €31,023–€87,975; South-Eastern Europe/Balkans €49,518–€73,673.

What you will do

• Manage complex, high-exposure projects and coordinate internal deliverables, vendors, suppliers, mobile networks, and service partners.
• Plan and track scopes, timelines, milestones, critical paths, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and project status.
• Coordinate technical activities for integrating new mobile networks into the existing hirify.global platform.
• Apply project governance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and performance measurement practices.
• Orchestrate Engineering, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Product Management efforts and act as the first-level escalation point.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications industry.
• At least 6 years of experience in enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
• Sound understanding of eSIM technology and use cases.
• Understanding of mobile roaming, including passive and active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.
• Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies ranging from Waterfall to Agile.
• Advanced project planning and execution skills covering scope, time, budget, resources, dependencies, critical path, risk management, and status reporting.
• Problem-solving attitude and excellent business-fluent English in writing, speaking, and reading.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM training and certification.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications network technologies, including Mobile Core and OSS/BSS.
• International working experience.
