Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work required

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Onboard affiliate partners by tracking contracts, creating links, setting up offers, and maintaining accurate partner data.
• Coordinate CRM campaigns by drafting copy, managing partner approvals, and monitoring campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and CRM teams to launch campaigns smoothly.
• Improve internal workflows, tools, dashboards, trackers, and documentation.
• Reconcile monthly revenue, validate partner billing, and troubleshoot discrepancies with partners and Finance.
• Support partner reporting, special projects, launches, priority campaigns, and quarter-end activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, account coordination, or partner relations, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple partner accounts while proactively identifying issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional partner emails and performance updates.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate Google Sheets knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact or Everflow, including attribution and postback tracking.
• Active experience using generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to streamline workflows.
