Affiliate and Partnerships Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Remote in the US or onsite in San Mateo, California; occasional travel for team offsites and key meetings.

What you will do

• Own and scale the affiliate program across Impact and other relevant networks, recruiting publishers, cashback platforms, comparison sites, content creators, and other partners.
• Build and scale the creator affiliate program and manage direct partnerships with publishers, newsletters, media properties, brands, creators, and emerging platforms.
• Identify distribution opportunities, negotiate pricing and payout terms, design partnership programs, and manage contracts from outreach through execution.
• Build tracking setups, maintain accurate attribution, conduct QA, and resolve broken links, postback, pixel, and MMP-related issues.
• Manage partner invoices, budgets, payout reconciliation, commission structures, creative approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Report partner-level performance and translate data into recommendations for the broader growth team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing affiliate or partner marketing programs, ideally in a consumer app, fintech, or growth-stage startup.
• Hands-on experience with Impact or a comparable affiliate network, including program setup, partner onboarding, tracking configuration, and commission management.
• Experience building direct partnership programs, negotiating deal structures, and executing contracts.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices, payouts, partner tracking, attribution, postbacks, pixels, MMP integrations, and tracking QA.
• Experience with creative approval workflows, brand standards, FTC disclosure rules, financial marketing compliance, and fraud monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AppsFlyer or a comparable MMP and familiarity with GA4.
• Experience with creator and influencer partnership models.
