Employee Relations & Safety Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, at the company headquarters

What you will do

• Manage employee relations matters involving performance management, policy interpretation, workplace conflicts, accommodations, and corrective action.
• Lead impartial workplace investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Coach managers and people leaders through complex employee situations and deliver training on investigations, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Manage workers’ compensation intake, claims administration, return-to-work planning, and carrier relationships.
• Own OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and safety compliance across multiple states.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with department leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in employee relations and complex workplace investigations.
• Experience managing workers’ compensation programs and OSHA compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law and HR compliance.
• Ability to coach managers through sensitive employee situations using sound judgment and discretion.
• Strong investigative, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.

• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity organizations.
• PHR, SPHR, or a related certification.
