Partner Development Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Germany, supporting the DACH region

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, enable, and develop system integrator, SOC, consulting, and other strategic alliance partners.
• Build and execute joint go-to-market activities and business plans.
• Identify revenue opportunities and achieve partner business objectives.
• Consult partners during sales cycles and market activities.
• Connect new partners with internal TrendAI stakeholders and provide partner feedback to product management.
• Represent TrendAI at events, trade fairs, and large-group presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner development or a related field.
• Strong partner ecosystem network across DACH and a successful sales track record.
• Experience with managed services, managed security services, strategic alliances, and system integrators.
• Strong understanding of SOC, cloud, datacenter, infrastructure, security, and related business models.
• Experience building relationships with partners at all levels, including senior management, and collaborating across internal and external teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required.
