Regional Partner Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage and expand the partner program to generate new pipeline and quarterly sales results.
• Coordinate communication between channel partners, corporate teams, and field sales to meet regional targets.
• Develop and deliver sales, technical, and process training to equip partners for effective market positioning.
• Identify and develop new routes to market to extend the company's regional presence.
• Collaborate with field sales on territory management and planning to identify partner training needs and recruitment opportunities.
• Oversee channel partner promotions and marketing activities to ensure optimal market coverage.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Identity or Enterprise Security Software.
• Proven track record in a partner-oriented sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field.
• Ability to travel for business approximately 50% of the time.
