Senior Java Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain connectors integrating third-party systems into the platform.
• Improve reliability, performance, stability, and operational efficiency.
• Refactor and enhance existing product capabilities with a focus on maintainable code.
• Integrate external APIs and interpret unfamiliar vendor documentation.
• Configure external technical components, including OAuth clients and test data.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OpenAPI, and OAuth standards.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, containerized applications, and AWS services including S3, SQS, and EFS.
• Experience integrating external systems and working with vendor documentation.
• Willingness to perform functional administration and system configuration tasks.
• Strong interest in refactoring legacy code and improving system stability and maintainability.

Nice to have

• Backend troubleshooting experience with Golang, Ruby on Rails, Elixir, or Kotlin.
• Ability to make minor frontend updates when required.
