Senior Product Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $152,534.40–$228,801.60 annual base salary, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage the development of new products and revisions of existing products.
• Coordinate technical and engineering work, collaborating with lead engineers and functional managers.
• Balance product requirements, engineering resources, budgets, schedules, and development risks.
• Manage product development from concept and feasibility through prototyping, alpha and beta validation, release, sustaining engineering, and end of life.
• Coordinate vendor selection and qualification, bill of materials creation, and engineering change documentation.
• Lead product transfer from Engineering to Production and coordinate customer documentation with technical publications.

Requirements

• BS in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, computer systems engineering, physics, or an equivalent technical background.
• At least 3 years of increasing managerial experience.
• English proficiency sufficient to read, write, comprehend, and speak English for job functions.
• Ability to manage technical product development and cross-functional engineering activities.
• Ability to create and manage product requirements, budgets, schedules, validation, and release activities.

• MBA degree.
