Director, Product Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; relocation eligible; travel required up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $180,500–$248,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead product management through senior managers across multiple functional areas.
• Define market requirements, product strategies, technology roadmaps, pricing, business plans, and product positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, business units, and account teams to develop and enhance products.
• Lead customer-focused technology development, process sequencing, customized process development, and service specification negotiations.
• Manage product development capabilities, strategic technology partnerships, joint development activities, and beta-site testing programs.
• Present product and technology strategies to executive audiences and provide customer roadmap feedback to business unit leadership.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of relevant systems, theories, practices, and service technologies.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness with the ability to drive financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and executing functional business plans.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations.
