What you will do

• Assess existing and potential markets and translate market information into business strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of products as a market-focused product, including business planning, positioning, buying processes, market requirements, and marketing plans.
• Analyze market data, identify trends and opportunities, and create market analysis presentations.
• Evaluate market segmentation, recommend target segments, and drive growth initiatives.
• Develop product strategies that integrate with hirify.global products and support product vision and key deliverables.
• Partner with product marketing, product management, MarCom, and management teams to achieve strategic marketing goals.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in the relevant discipline with broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact using conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, including presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
