What you will do

• Own the AGS Spares Repair Product lifecycle from end to end.
• Monitor product performance, customer expectations, buying processes, KPIs, and financial targets.
• Collaborate with division and field teams to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
• Manage post-release product changes and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain product profitability and support alignment with strategic goals.
• Act as the product focal point and subject matter expert across the organization.

Requirements

• Expertise in spare parts, repair products, and related processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing large data sets and developing actionable insights.
• MS Office proficiency and the ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Availability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
