Product Line Management IV - (E4) (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $128,000–$176,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award participation.

What you will do

• Own product change management and control after product release, including unreleased product approvals, ECO approvals, and PCN implementation.
• Ensure accuracy of customer-shipped configurations and bills of materials through configuration reviews, BOM control, and non-standard request approvals.
• Own common module and component roadmaps, including obsolescence management, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate product strategy, pricing, spare-level contents, restricted part orders, and roadmap alignment across internal organizations.
• Manage strategic vendor issues and field-service feedback with customer impact.
• Lead functional teams or projects and guide others in solving complex product and operational problems.

Requirements

• Deep or broad expertise in the relevant product line management discipline.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Experience applying analytical judgment to identify innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Ability to work from Austin, Texas, or Santa Clara, California, United States.
