Director, Leadership Effectiveness (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; onsite role

Salary: $172,000–$215,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Own the strategy for leadership effectiveness across the leadership lifecycle.
• Design and scale leadership experiences, coaching, simulations, AI-enabled learning, and manager enablement solutions.
• Build AI-enabled leadership copilots and personalized manager support experiences.
• Develop the leadership ecosystem through AI, enterprise coaching, external partners, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business teams to align leadership development with company priorities.
• Translate leadership expectations and culture into practical behaviors and measurable improvements in manager effectiveness, organizational health, and execution.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in leadership effectiveness, talent development, or organizational development.
• Experience in a high-growth technology or fast-paced environment.
• Proven success designing enterprise leadership development experiences for new managers through senior leadership.
• Strong perspective on leadership effectiveness, AI, and the future of leadership development.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, execution, stakeholder influence, and business-outcome orientation.
• Expertise in leadership development and engaging learning experiences; facilitation skills are a plus.
