Healthcare Solutions Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Translate customer requirements into dataset plans, delivery scopes, milestones, and execution paths.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for technical decisions, expectations, and delivery progress.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery from initial specification through QA, packaging, and final handoff.
• Use SQL and Python to construct cohorts, evaluate data readiness, validate coverage, and support customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate data partners and oversee QA for EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured-text datasets.
• Improve planning, quality assurance, communication, and delivery workflows across multiple simultaneous projects.

Requirements

• Strong customer-facing experience and confidence leading technical conversations.
• Hands-on fluency in SQL and Python for cohorting, coverage analysis, and data-readiness work.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data modalities including EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text.
• Experience managing multiple projects with changing priorities and firm deadlines.
• Familiarity with privacy-preserving techniques and healthcare data quality requirements, including HIPAA-aware handling and appropriate safeguards.
• Experience in healthcare AI, ML products, enterprise data platforms, or similarly technical healthcare environments.
