Location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $115,000 – $145,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market, Operations, and Business roles.
• Proactively source and engage exceptional talent through creative strategies and outbound recruiting.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and calibrate interview processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through strong communication and disciplined pipeline management.
• Utilize Ashby and AI-powered tools to automate workflows and improve hiring efficiency.
• Use data and market insights to continuously improve recruiting outcomes.

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically hiring for GTM or Operations functions.
• Proven track record of building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing and relationship building.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple searches.
• Builder mentality and growth mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with internal partners.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
