What you will do
- Coordinate end-to-end inbound and outbound shipments and monitor carrier performance.
- Receive, unbox, and sort cargo while maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting audits.
- Manage shipping documentation and resolve customs clearance issues for international deliveries.
- Prioritize and process logistics requests using the Jira ticketing system.
- Analyze logistics data to support cost and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Client Management teams to provide shipment status updates and facilitate client engagement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, and ticketing systems.
- Hands-on experience working with major carriers like FedEx and DHL.
- Knowledge of customs requirements for shipments outside of Europe, particularly the US, Middle East, and East Asia.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics or ERP systems.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including preparing SIM sleeves and handling cargo packages.
