What you will do

• Prepare and compile documents required for the discharge of foreign cargo at domestic ports.
• Coordinate customs clearance and monitor customs brokers' procedures and reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for existing and new customers.
• Enter and verify system data with the Coordinator/Documentation function.
• Prepare invoices, check costs, present charges, and close completed jobs.
• Support customer meetings and resolve communication or cooperation issues.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of customs clearance and logistics documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with importers, shipping companies, airlines, railroads, trucking companies, pipeline operators, brokers, and customs authorities.
• Accuracy in system data entry, invoice preparation, cost checking, and job closure.
• Ability to implement standard operating procedures according to customer-specific requirements.
