Trade Compliance Specialist

Location: The team is based across Europe and supports customers globally, with a focus on the United Kingdom and Europe.

What you will do

• Create proforma invoices in Excel and PDF according to customer KPIs.
• Upload trade compliance, customs release, and other shipment documents for recordkeeping.
• Apply for certificates of origin and visas through DigiChambers and coordinate collection with the Chamber of Commerce.
• Respond to customs clearance inquiries, including HS codes and import regulations.
• Send customs clearance instructions to brokers, follow up on progress, and arrange signing and stamping of powers of attorney.
• Maintain compliance guidance, intercompany pricing files, HS code overviews, and CargoX requirements for Egypt shipments.

Requirements

• Ability to support trade compliance and customs activities across customer industry verticals.
• Ability to work with proforma invoices, certificates of origin, customs documentation, and powers of attorney.
• Familiarity with HS codes, import regulations, customs brokers, and clearance processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate compliance records, guidance documents, and intercompany pricing files.
