Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and operate highly available, fault-tolerant AWS and multi-cloud infrastructure for petabyte-scale data ingestion, storage, and processing.
• Own streaming and batch data pipeline infrastructure using Kafka, Kinesis, Flink, or similar technologies.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform or Pulumi across networking, compute, and storage layers.
• Define SLOs, build observability systems, and lead incident response, on-call rotations, and blameless postmortems.
• Implement zero-trust networking, secrets management, IAM best practices, and security controls.
• Partner with AI/ML and data teams on GPU workloads, model-training pipelines, and large-scale data warehouses while mentoring engineers and contributing to technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience in production cloud environments at meaningful scale.
• Deep AWS expertise; GCP or Azure experience is a plus.
• Strong Terraform or Pulumi skills, including large multi-environment configurations.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput streaming infrastructure such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Flink.
• Solid Linux knowledge covering DNS, load balancing, firewalls, storage, performance tuning, and production debugging.
• Experience with observability platforms and security controls including IAM policies, secrets management, and network security.
