Language Teacher (Italian)

Location: Los Angeles, United States. Work is on-site at the LA studio; candidates must live in Los Angeles, have transportation, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation: $50–$75 per hour, depending on experience. Studio sessions typically last 3–5 hours per day, with 2–3 studio days per project plus Zoom rehearsals.

What you will do

• Appear in app-based video lessons as an Italian language teacher.
• Read pre-written scripts from a teleprompter in Italian and English.
• Teach Italian concepts and phrases to English-hirify.globaling learners.
• Portray a friendly professional from a non-education industry who encourages a friend learning a language.
• Deliver scripted questions and responses based on learner performance.
• Coordinate with the production team, take direction, and participate in studio recordings and rehearsals.

Requirements

• Native proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Native or heritage Italian background and a neutral Italian accent.
• Ability to read and perform scripts teaching Italian to English hirify.globalers.
• Strong responsibility, professionalism, positive energy, and ability to take direction.
• Live in Los Angeles, have access to transportation, and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Applicants who learned Italian only in high school or college do not qualify.

Nice to have
