Professional Learning Facilitator (EdTech)

Location: Must be based in North Carolina, with extensive travel to onsite customer locations across the United States. Remote field-based contract role requiring in-person training sessions.

Compensation: $400–$800 per day; training rate is $400 per day and the standard contract rate starts at $800 per day. The posting also lists $400–$800 as a one-time compensation range.

What you will do

• Deliver in-person professional learning workshops designed by the Programs Team.
• Adapt training content for customer contexts, especially Career & Technical Education and workforce development.
• Guide educators and administrators in understanding and using hirify.global’s solutions.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to improve training effectiveness.
• Connect customer needs with the Programs and Professional Services teams to support future curricula and resources.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Customer Success Managers throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering professional learning or training for educators.
• At least 2 years of experience with instructional technology, edtech tools, or digital learning platforms.
• Demonstrated success facilitating in-person workshops, coaching, or training sessions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, communication, presentation, and facilitation.
• Must be based in North Carolina, travel extensively, and be authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• Experience developing professional learning content or curricula.
• Familiarity with Career & Technical Education, workforce development, or immersive learning technologies.
