Nurse Practitioner (Preventive Care)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive preventive health screenings using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support.
• Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data and translate findings into practical next steps.
• Educate members about dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Practice with autonomous scope where appropriate and escalate findings requiring physician-level review.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Operators, and care teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.

Requirements

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license required.
• National board certification through ANCC or AANP in good standing.
• At least one year of postgraduate experience.
• At least one year of recent outpatient experience within the past five years.
• Comfort working in a technology-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.
• Strong commitment to preventive medicine, member-centered care, and collaborative practice.
