What you will do

• Run standard, manual, and automated product tests while maintaining precise documentation and progress updates.
• Read manufacturing drawings, diagrams, and specifications to set up inspections and test procedures correctly.
• Operate electrical test equipment including power analyzers, multimeters, electrical strength testers, current leakage testers, and power supplies.
• Capture, track, and summarize samples, measurements, test conditions, and results in Excel.
• Support Test Engineering with fixture builds, design thinking, issue escalation, and laboratory safety.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a technical field or at least two years of equivalent hands-on experience.
• Hands-on comfort with tools and precision instruments; experience with force gauges, calipers, or micrometers is useful.
• Working knowledge of AC and DC electricity, electrical test equipment, measurement systems, units, and unit conversion.
• Experience with electro-mechanical or pneumatic components.
• Strong written and verbal communication, independence, and ability to handle time-sensitive work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Exposure to UL, IEC, ASTM, or NSF agency testing.
• Experience with automated equipment such as Instron, CMM, particle size analyzers, or viscometers.
