Contract / Jr. Test Manufacturing Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and validate automated and manual test systems for robotic products and subsystems.
• Develop and maintain hardware and software tools for production testing.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and support corrective actions with design and manufacturing engineers.
• Document test procedures, configurations, and calibration steps.
• Deploy and troubleshoot test stations on the production floor.
• Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing test data and train contract manufacturer personnel on system-level testing.

Requirements

• Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
• Understanding of electronics fundamentals, test instrumentation, and debugging practices.
• Programming experience with C/C++, Structured Text, Ladder Logic, or Function Block Diagrams.
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems, sensors, or embedded systems testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a hands-on approach, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical or mechanical hardware bring-up, fixture design, or test automation.
