Test Technician I

Location: Onsite in Apex, NC

Salary: $34,960–$55,955 per year

What you will do

• Conduct tests and inspections on components, products, and systems during manufacturing.
• Perform testing and calibration of force/torque sensor systems, including lifting weights.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical knowledge and collaborate with engineering.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and product performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep work area clean.
• Light assembly of tooling setups and interact with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pound weights
• Electro-mechanical assembly and troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on experience with calibrated equipment
• Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions
• Computer skills: Windows, Excel, Outlook, Teams, ERP, PDF
• High school diploma required; some postsecondary education preferred
• Read and communicate in English
