Data Center Supervisor

Location: Pecos, TX, United States; full-time onsite position. Occasional travel between data centers may be required, with some nights and weekends.

What you will do

• Oversee daily data center operations, maintenance, support, uptime, and system reliability.
• Assist with deployments, decommissions, customer-hosted asset planning, and employee training.
• Manage warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory records, quality control, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Support capacity validation for power, cooling, network, and other infrastructure requirements.
• Manage time-off requests, timesheet approvals, labor planning, performance metrics, and team goals.
• Foster professional communication and collaboration across data center, IT, engineering, and research teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in a data center environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Understanding of network, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Proficiency with web-based programs, Excel, and Word processing.
• Valid driver's license and strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of blockchain and network equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
