Senior Director, Clinical Compliance (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own and maintain a documented compliance program covering all seven OIG elements.
• Serve as the designated compliance officer for regulators, payors, and auditors, including regulator-facing documentation.
• Lead the policy and SOP lifecycle across OpenLoop subsidiaries and map controls to OIG and CMS requirements.
• Own HIPAA Privacy and Security programs, manage breach response, and support the GDPR Data Protection Officer function.
• Oversee hotline investigations, corrective actions, self-disclosure workflows, exclusion and sanctions screening, conflicts of interest, and Stark Law tracking.
• Manage compliance leaders and prepare board and executive reporting on program status, risk posture, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or health law, including end-to-end compliance program ownership.
• Deep working knowledge of the OIG Seven Elements framework.
• Experience owning HIPAA Privacy and Security programs.
• Experience managing and developing compliance teams in a multi-state, technology-forward healthcare or pharmacy-adjacent environment.
• Executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to serve as the responsible executive in regulator-facing documentation.
• High-integrity collaboration across Legal, Product, Security, and Clinical functions.

• GDPR experience.
• CHC, CHPC, CCEP, or an equivalent compliance credential.
