Associate Director, Corporate Compliance (Healthcare Compliance)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Thursdays are required in-office days, with the other two office days flexible.

Salary: $134,136–$176,053 per year, plus annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support the Compliance team across all lines of business.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the corporate compliance program, including the seven elements of an effective OIG compliance program.
• Monitor and interpret federal and state regulations affecting insurers, technology companies, and public companies.
• Lead compliance investigations and oversee the development and monitoring of Corrective Action Plans.
• Develop and manage organization-wide compliance training and deliver actionable reports to executives and regulatory bodies.
• Partner with Risk and Controls to manage regulatory risk, implement regulations, and build scalable compliance functions supporting technology, strategic partners, and business growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related healthcare compliance setting.
• 5+ years of experience managing effective Compliance teams.
• 5+ years of experience applying state and federal health insurance statutes and regulations, including marketplace and Medicare Advantage requirements, to meet reporting and audit obligations.
• Experience leading compliance monitoring, investigations, training, and regulatory implementations.
• TEFCA subject matter expertise.
