What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with community partners aligned with hirify.global’s mission and values.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Experience teams on community engagements.
• Plan, resource, and deliver lead nurturing and acquisition events.
• Support growth operations processes and create seamless experiences for customers, partners, and community members.
• Identify opportunities to build scalable processes that support business growth.
• Assist with content creation for multiple communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and juggle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, coachable, self-aware, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Creative problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to quality.
• Aptitude for learning and using new software.

Nice to have

• Experience with event operations.
• Participation in hirify.global campus or online learning offerings.
