City Lead

What you will do

• Lead local growth and activation strategy for the Birmingham clinic.
• Build Neko’s visibility and trusted presence through community engagement and local brand initiatives.
• Develop relationships with influencers, partners, and community stakeholders to generate referrals and word-of-mouth growth.
• Run B2C events, activations, and partnerships to drive member bookings, while supporting B2B initiatives and deal-pipeline development.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Report on bookings, retention, community engagement, and local performance, and create a city-activation playbook for global rollout.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in community management, marketing, events, and/or partnerships.
• Strong existing network within the Birmingham community, including influencers, local partners, and key stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset and strong organisational skills.
• Passion for startups and community building, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
