Account Executive (Marketing)

Location: Birmingham, England, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with up to 40% from home

What you will do

• Support the Account Director and Account Managers with day-to-day client account activity.
• Coordinate BAU, campaign, Print on Demand, menu launch, refurbishment, and new store opening work.
• Manage artwork, print, and technology-enabled projects through briefing, tracking, and delivery.
• Validate client information, raise job requests, maintain WIP tracking, and support quality control.
• Coordinate delivery with internal production, studio, technology, and supplier teams.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for ITG platforms, systems, and account workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing, agency, or client services environment.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with systems, trackers, and operational processes.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in the Birmingham hybrid workplace arrangement.
