Marketing and Growth Associate (Web3)

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States, ideally on the East Coast

hirify.global provides blockchain transaction monitoring and intelligence solutions for Web3 companies, digital asset service providers, financial institutions, law enforcement, and government agencies.

What you will do

• Manage HubSpot CRM organization, segmentation, workflows, campaigns, and reporting.
• Build and execute email marketing and lead-nurturing programs.
• Support demand generation across webinars, events, partnerships, content marketing, and digital channels.
• Assist with product launches, customer communications, sales enablement materials, and messaging.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns with product, marketing, sales, and events teams.
• Track campaign performance and maintain landing pages, marketing assets, and lead-generation programs.

Requirements

• Prior marketing experience in crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 is required.
• Native English speaker required.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience executing email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote-first environment.
