What you will do

• Design and improve production workflows, facility layouts, and equipment utilization.
• Provide technical support for process issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns on the shop floor.
• Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related methods to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and maintenance teams to integrate new products, tooling, and process validation.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain work instructions, process flows, engineering change notices, and other technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of applicable experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing systems, process engineering, and industrial automation.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a production environment.
• Ability to manage multiple engineering projects, coordinate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams.
